Hi, Gardening and Nature lovers!
My name is Tammy and I just love everything about nature and gardening.
As an enthusiastic amateur gardener, and also a devoted nature lover, my passion for gardening has grown since moving to the world heritage Blue Mountains Region.
I now live on half an acre of land, giving me plenty of space to experiment and immerse myself in the art of horticulture.
When I moved in, the backyard was relatively well-maintained as the previous owner employed a gardener, but it wasn’t how I envisioned my kind of perfect garden. I’m more of a free-flowing garden lover, so I decided to modify and design it myself.
Even today, as I go about gardening my own way, I get struck with a lot of questions about gardening in general.
I realized that as an amateur gardener I have so many gaps in my knowledge about plants and pest control, which on occasion, and I’m sure you’ve all experienced this, left me frustrated.
This also left me pondering the idea that I can’t be the only one who is left frustrated in this way.
Of course, a simple Google search can resolve a lot of these questions, but I thought to myself, wouldn’t it be great to share the knowledge and experiences on gardening with other gardening lovers and enthusiasts?
Every gardener has his/her favorite plants and flowers and has a different garden concept/design, so it will be exciting to share such experiences and bring all your ideas and knowledge into one place where everybody can come back and learn from each other.
So let’s get started to share our knowledge of plant and flower names, tips on gardening and irreplaceable experiences!
